Billing Policy

This page explains how Leapify works, including subscriptions, credits, top-ups, overage charges, refunds, team accounts, AI-generated outputs, and billing.
By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, choosing a plan, buying credits, enabling overage auto-charge, submitting payment information, or using Leapify, you agree to these terms.
If you use Leapify for a company, agency, client, team, or organization, you confirm that you are allowed to use the account, manage billing, and accept these terms on their behalf.
1. Using Leapify
Leapify is an AI creative platform for generating videos, images, ad copy, creative variations, campaign assets, and related marketing content.
AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be perfect, unique, legally cleared, ad-approved, platform-approved, or commercially successful. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and clearing anything you generate before using it publicly or commercially.
Leapify may use third-party AI models, cloud providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, and other services. If one of those providers has an outage, rate limit, policy restriction, moderation issue, or technical problem, Leapify may be affected.
Features may change over time. We may add, remove, limit, improve, or modify features as Leapify evolves.
2. Accounts and Team Access
Each account has an account owner. The account owner controls the subscription plan, billing, payment method, top-ups, overage settings, team access, and account settings.
If teammates are invited to an account, they share the same plan and credit balance. Any usage by a teammate may deduct credits from the account balance or create charges if billing features are enabled.
The account owner is responsible for all activity under the account, including usage by teammates, employees, contractors, agencies, clients, or anyone else invited into the account.
We are not responsible for internal disputes between account owners and invited users. You are responsible for managing permissions and removing users who should no longer have access.
3. Subscription Plans and Credits
Leapify offers monthly subscription plans. Each plan includes a set number of credits that are added to your account at the start of each billing cycle after payment is successful.
Credits are used to power Leapify tools, including video generation, image generation, AI-written ad copy, and other credit-based actions.
Different tools may cost different credit amounts. For example, video generation may be charged per second of output, image generation may be charged per image, and ad copy may be charged per generation or request.
The credit cost of an action will be shown before you confirm the action where technically possible. By confirming the action, you authorize Leapify to deduct the required credits from your balance.
Some actions may have variable costs based on output length, model type, quality, resolution, render time, number of variations, or other usage factors. If an estimate is shown, the final credit cost may vary based on the completed output.
Your current credit balance is shown on the Billing and History page.
4. Credits Are Not Cash
Credits are only usable inside Leapify. They are not money, stored value, gift cards, currency, property, or a financial account.
Credits have no cash value. They cannot be refunded, transferred, resold, exchanged for money, or used outside Leapify.
Plan credits remain available while your subscription is active and in good standing. If your subscription is canceled, expires, fails to renew, is suspended for non-payment, or is terminated for violating these terms, access to unused plan credits may be limited, suspended, or forfeited unless required otherwise by law.
Unless your account says otherwise, credits may be used in this order:
- Promotional or trial credits
- Plan credits
- Top-up credits
- Overage auto-charge, if enabled
We may adjust credit usage order for billing, product, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
5. Failed Generations and Credit Refunds
If a generation fails because of a technical error within Leapify, the credits for that failed generation will be automatically returned to your Leapify balance.
A failed generation does not include:
- Not liking the output
- Changing your mind
- Entering the wrong prompt
- Submitting low-quality source material
- Getting an output that needs editing
- A policy-based refusal
- A third-party model restriction
- A platform rejecting your ad
- Normal AI variation
- Subjective quality issues
- Unsupported requests
- User error
Credits are consumed once a generation is successfully processed or an output is made available, even if you choose not to use the output.
Dissatisfaction with an AI-generated result does not create a right to a cash refund, credit refund, chargeback, service credit, or replacement generation.
We may investigate repeated failures, suspicious refund activity, unusual usage, bot activity, prompt manipulation, or attempts to abuse automatic credit refunds. We may suspend accounts, reverse credits, limit usage, disable features, or terminate access if we believe the account is being misused.
6. Top-Up Credits
You can buy additional credits at any time as a one-time purchase separate from your subscription.
Top-up pricing may vary based on volume, plan, promotion, or account type. Larger top-ups may have a lower per-credit rate. Discounted top-up pricing applies only to that purchase and does not guarantee future pricing.
Top-up credits do not expire under normal account usage. They remain in your balance until used, regardless of your billing cycle or plan status.
Top-up credits may be suspended, restricted, or forfeited if your account is terminated for fraud, illegal activity, chargeback abuse, non-payment, violation of these terms, or conduct that harms Leapify, its users, payment processors, third-party providers, or infrastructure partners.
Top-up purchases are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash except where required by law or approved by us in writing.
7. Overage Auto-Charge
Overage auto-charge is optional and on by default.
When enabled, if your account does not have enough credits to complete a generation or usage-based action, Leapify may automatically charge your saved payment method for the additional credits needed to complete the action at your plan's overage rate.
By turning on overage auto-charge, you authorize Leapify and its payment processor to automatically charge your saved payment method for overage credits, shortfalls, usage-based charges, taxes, processing fees, and related amounts created by your account usage.
This authorization applies to usage by the account owner and any teammates, employees, contractors, clients, agencies, or invited users on the account.
Each overage charge will appear in your Billing and History page. You can turn overage auto-charge on or off from the Billing and History page. Turning it off prevents future overage auto-charges, but it does not cancel, refund, or reverse charges that already happened.
If overage auto-charge is turned off and your account does not have enough credits, Leapify may reject the action, pause the generation, require a top-up, reduce the output, or prevent completion.
8. Billing and Renewals
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or another payment processor.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Leapify and its payment processor to charge your payment method for subscriptions, renewals, top-ups, overages, taxes, fees, and other charges created through your account.
Monthly plans renew automatically using your saved payment method until canceled. Your subscription renews on the billing date shown in your account. If a renewal date does not exist in a given month, we may process the renewal on the nearest reasonable date.
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment method, request updated payment information, suspend access, restrict features, pause generations, disable exports, prevent additional usage, remove promotional credits, or terminate the account. You remain responsible for all unpaid amounts.
Invoices and receipts are available on the Billing and History page or through the payment processor.
We may change plan pricing, credit amounts, overage rates, top-up rates, feature access, or billing terms. Material pricing or billing changes for active subscribers will be communicated in advance where required by law or where commercially reasonable. Continuing to use Leapify after a pricing or billing change takes effect means you accept the updated pricing or terms.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing and History page or another cancellation method made available in Leapify.
Canceling stops future subscription renewals. You will not be charged for the next subscription period after cancellation is properly completed, except for charges already incurred, including top-ups, overages, unpaid balances, taxes, fees, or other authorized charges.
Your plan remains active through the end of the billing period you already paid for, unless your account is suspended or terminated for non-payment, fraud, chargeback abuse, illegal activity, or violation of these terms.
Canceling does not automatically create a refund, partial refund, prorated refund, credit, cash value, or reversal of charges.
Deleting your account or stopping use of Leapify does not automatically cancel your subscription unless the cancellation process is completed through the billing system or confirmed by Leapify.
You are responsible for canceling before your renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next billing cycle.
10. Refunds and Billing Issues
Subscription charges, top-up purchases, overage charges, usage-based charges, credit purchases, and other fees are generally non-refundable.
That said, we review refund requests case by case. If you believe you were charged in error or something went wrong, contact us through the support channels available at leapify.com.
Refunds, credits, waivers, or accommodations are at our discretion unless required by law. Providing one refund or credit does not require us to provide future refunds or credits.
You must notify us of any billing issue within thirty (30) days of the charge date. If you do not notify us within that period, you waive your right to dispute the charge to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree not to file or encourage chargebacks, payment reversals, payment disputes, or bank disputes for charges that match your selected plan, top-ups, overage settings, account usage, or these terms.
If you initiate an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or terminate your account, disable access to outputs, remove credits, reverse promotional credits, pursue collection, charge administrative fees, and recover related costs, fees, losses, and expenses where permitted by law.
Unused credits, including plan credits and top-up credits, are not refundable, cash redeemable, transferable, or convertible into service credits outside Leapify.
11. Inputs and Outputs
“Inputs” means prompts, text, scripts, images, videos, audio, brand assets, logos, URLs, documents, datasets, examples, instructions, references, uploads, and other materials you submit to Leapify. “Outputs” means images, videos, copy, text, ideas, variations, concepts, scripts, recommendations, designs, files, or other content generated or provided by Leapify.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use anything you upload, submit, reference, or provide to Leapify.
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of amounts owed, you may use outputs for your business purposes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, advertising, or using them commercially.
AI-generated outputs may be similar or identical to content generated for other users, especially when similar prompts, templates, models, styles, references, or common marketing ideas are used. Leapify does not guarantee that outputs are exclusive, unique, trademark-available, copyrightable, ad-approved, legally compliant, or free from third-party claims.
You are responsible for all claims, statements, offers, prices, discounts, guarantees, testimonials, endorsements, health claims, financial claims, legal claims, comparative claims, regulated-industry claims, and other representations in your inputs or outputs.
You are responsible for making sure outputs comply with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising standards, industry rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, and client requirements.
12. Permission to Operate Leapify
You give Leapify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, modify, analyze, display, and use your inputs and outputs as needed to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support Leapify, comply with law, enforce these terms, and prevent abuse.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, requests, bug reports, product recommendations, or improvements, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
13. Acceptable Use
You may not use Leapify to create, upload, generate, distribute, or support content that:
- Violates any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
- Is defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, abusive, or unlawful
- Impersonates a person without authorization
- Misrepresents affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval
- Creates fake testimonials, fake reviews, fake endorsements, or deceptive advertising claims
- Violates advertising platform policies or consumer protection laws
- Contains malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, or malicious code
- Attempts to bypass Leapify safeguards, usage limits, moderation systems, or payment controls
- Scrapes, reverse engineers, benchmarks, attacks, overloads, or exploits Leapify
- Uses Leapify to train competing AI models or build a competing service without our written consent
- Violates third-party model, platform, or infrastructure provider policies
If you use Leapify for healthcare, financial services, legal services, insurance, employment, housing, education, alcohol, supplements, political advertising, or another regulated industry, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, disclosures, approvals, disclaimers, and platform rules. Leapify does not provide legal, medical, financial, compliance, advertising approval, or regulatory advice.
We may monitor, investigate, restrict, suspend, remove, reject, or disable content, accounts, prompts, generations, outputs, features, or users that we believe may violate these terms, create risk, harm our systems, violate third-party policies, or expose Leapify to liability. We are not required to provide refunds, credits, explanations, or advance notice for enforcement actions.
14. Ownership
Leapify owns the platform, including its software, workflows, user interface, designs, systems, models, prompts, templates, methods, processes, tools, technology, code, infrastructure, documentation, branding, and business processes.
You may use Leapify only as allowed by these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, frame, mirror, scrape, harvest, train on, or create derivative services from Leapify except as expressly allowed by us in writing.
You keep ownership of your logos, trademarks, brand assets, uploaded files, and other pre-existing materials. You give Leapify the permission needed to process them and provide the Service.
Subject to these terms, you may use outputs for your own business purposes. Leapify does not guarantee that outputs are protectable, registrable, exclusive, non-infringing, or free from third-party claims.
15. Data, Privacy, and Security
We may collect and process account, usage, billing, technical, product, and support information to provide Leapify, process payments, prevent fraud, secure the Service, improve features, communicate with users, and enforce these terms.
You should not submit highly sensitive personal information, protected health information, financial account credentials, government identifiers, confidential legal materials, trade secrets, regulated data, or information you are not authorized to process unless Leapify expressly supports that use case in writing.
We use commercially reasonable measures designed to protect Leapify. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, payment permissions, invited users, and exported outputs.
16. Third-Party Services
Leapify may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, AI model providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics tools, creative platforms, ad platforms, and communication tools.
Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, restrictions, usage limits, and fees. We are not responsible for third-party service failures, outages, limitations, policy decisions, data handling, pricing changes, or security incidents.
17. Beta Features
Leapify may offer beta, preview, experimental, early-access, or unreleased features. Beta features are provided as-is, may be unstable, may produce unexpected outputs, may be discontinued at any time, and may not be supported.
Beta usage may be subject to additional limits, charges, credit rules, confidentiality obligations, or feature restrictions.
18. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or restrict your account immediately if:
- Payment fails
- You initiate chargebacks or payment disputes
- We detect fraud, abuse, unusual usage, or security risk
- You violate these terms
- Your usage creates risk for Leapify or third-party providers
- You misuse credits, top-ups, overage settings, or refund systems
- We are required to do so by law, processor, platform, provider, or regulator
We may terminate your account or access to Leapify for non-payment, chargeback abuse, fraud, illegal activity, harmful conduct, repeated policy violations, or conduct that creates legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk for Leapify.
If your account is terminated, your right to access Leapify ends. We may disable account access, prevent generation, restrict exports, remove access to credits, and delete or retain data in accordance with our policies and legal obligations. Termination does not remove your responsibility for charges already incurred.
19. Disclaimers
Leapify is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and course of performance.
We do not guarantee advertising performance, conversion rates, sales, leads, revenue, engagement, ad approval, platform acceptance, content performance, return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, or business outcomes.
We do not guarantee that inputs or outputs comply with laws, regulations, industry rules, platform policies, intellectual property rules, privacy rules, or advertising standards. You are responsible for review and compliance.
20. Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leapify and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, advertising losses, replacement costs, or failed campaigns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Leapify, billing, credits, top-ups, overages, outputs, or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Leapify in the three (3) months before the event that caused the claim.
21. Your Responsibility to Protect Leapify
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Leapify, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, providers, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, penalties, fines, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from or relating to:
- Your use of Leapify
- Your inputs or outputs
- Your advertising, marketing, publication, or commercial use of outputs
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of law or third-party rights
- Your payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or unauthorized use claims
- Your team members, contractors, clients, employees, or invited users
- Claims that your content, prompts, uploads, references, brand assets, or use of outputs infringes or violates rights
22. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, unless another law is required by applicable law.
Any dispute related to Leapify, billing, credits, top-ups, overages, outputs, account access, or use of the Service will be handled through binding individual arbitration unless prohibited by law.
Disputes must be brought individually, not as a class action, collective action, representative action, private attorney general action, or consolidated proceeding, unless prohibited by law.
Either side may seek court relief for intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, confidentiality breaches, payment collection, fraud, abuse, or violation of platform restrictions.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Leapify evolves.
Material changes to pricing or billing terms will be communicated to active subscribers in advance where required by law or where commercially reasonable.
Updated terms become effective when posted, communicated, or made available. Continuing to use Leapify after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.

25. Billing Authorization
By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, choosing a plan, purchasing credits, enabling overage auto-charge, submitting payment information, or using Leapify, you confirm that you are authorized to use Leapify and, if applicable, authorized to act on behalf of your company.
You understand that these terms are a required part of using Leapify and agree to them on behalf of yourself and any company, team, agency, client, or organization you represent. You certify that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided.
You authorize Leapify and its payment processor to charge your payment method for subscription fees, renewals, top-ups, overage charges, usage-based charges, taxes, fees, and other amounts that correspond to these terms, your selected plan, your account settings, your billing page, or your account usage.
You agree that you and your company will not dispute, reverse, charge back, or otherwise challenge scheduled or authorized transactions so long as they correspond to these terms, your selected plan, your billing settings, your account usage, or charges authorized through your account.
Any additional paid services, features, top-ups, overage charges, plan changes, usage-based charges, or other paid items enabled, purchased, or used after you accept these terms will be subject to these same terms, billing rules, and payment authorization unless Leapify states otherwise.
Your checkbox acceptance, account creation, payment submission, continued use, or online approval is valid, enforceable, and legally binding to the maximum extent permitted by law.
